We take complaints seriously. If something hasn’t gone right, please get in touch and we’ll work to resolve it quickly.

How to raise a complaint

  1. Email hello@sell-my.tech with the subject "Complaint" and as much detail as possible.
  2. We’ll acknowledge within 2 working days.
  3. We aim to resolve within 14 working days. Complex cases may take longer; we’ll keep you updated.

Escalation

If you’re not satisfied with our response you can escalate to the Citizens Advice consumer service (citizensadvice.org.uk) or, for data-related concerns, to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
