These terms apply when you use sell-my.tech and the Sell-My.Tech buy-back service operated by RTVC LTD.

Quotes

Quotes are non-binding indicative offers based on the information you provide. The final offer is confirmed at the point of collection after a quick verification of the model, condition and included accessories.

Collection

Collection is free within the UK. We agree a slot with you. The item remains your property until we pay you on exchange.

Payment

Payment is made on exchange — once we’ve verified the item matches the description. If the item is not as described you can either accept a revised offer or keep the item.

Ownership and stolen goods

By accepting our offer you confirm the item is yours to sell and not subject to any finance, lien or theft notice. We may verify identity at collection.
